Fantastic experience!!

Oakville

Excellent experience. Estimate was quick and professional, and he brought everything to our home so we could see everything up front including various carpet samples. He had lots of great advice and suggestions, which we really appreciated. Install was exactly on time without any issues. Would definitely recommend!!

New Flooring in our Bedrooms

A fantastic job! The new floors look fantastic and so well done.

This was a job we had to get done as soon as possible but because of COVID-19 we were delayed and then concerned about having people in your house. When Abraham came to do the quote he was wearing a mask and gloves and kept his distance at all times. I can say this was not the case with others we got quotes from.

Abraham is also very customer focused, always wanting to make sure we were happy and very professional throughout. They put in such a long shift to get the work done in a day. I would highly recommend Multiple Choice Flooring to anyone looking to get their floors re-done.

The new carpet was layed with precision and care. They cleaned up and went over everything to make sure I didn’t have any questions. Carpet in basement and stairs

The whole experience, from the first inquiry to the completion of the project, was amazing. Abraham was prompt in his responses to my queries, helped us make our choices and did a great job with the installation of the carpet and flooring in the bathroom. The workmanship was good, the area was left clean and Abraham was very efficient and polite throughout the process. I have three doors in the basement that had to be taken off to install the carpet. Abraham told me that the doors would have to be shaved in order to be put back. When I had concerns about that, as I could not do the job myself, he brought a carpenter who came with tools to shave all the doors and put them back - at no extra cost. They even vacuumed the driveway after shaving the doors!!!
The entire process has been the most pleasant one and we now have a beautiful basement. I would definitely recommend Multiple Choice for your flooring needs. Thanks Abraham!
