I have been working with John for the past three seasons and could not be more pleased to have established such a positive rapport with him since we first met, so it is my pleasure to write this review. John’s knowledge and expertise with an older system on an irregular shaped lot always shines through. His experience makes it instinctive for him to know exactly how to get the most out of this system.
A few weeks ago, I called John out to repair a crack in the exterior main water valve. It was a mystery as to how that could have happened since the system was properly shut off and blown out the season before. As John was about to do the repair, he noticed the pipe was slowly dripping, even though the water was shut off. After testing it twice, he confirmed that there was an issue with the interior main shut off valve and would require a plumber. Because the interior valve was located in an awkward spot inside a cabinet suspended from the ceiling, the cabinet had to come down to access and repair the valve. He knew that it would be an expensive plumbing repair and generously did not to charge for his initial visit. He subsequently discounted unrelated charges when he returned to reinstate a new exterior valve, check all the heads, repair the broken ones and make subtle, careful corrections to redirect the water from each head.
John works thoroughly, methodically and patiently. Whether it is a hot, sunny day or a wet, rainy one, he approaches everything he does with a smile. He is always pleasant, polite, punctual and prepared.
Moreover, John is quite simply, a good and kind person who always puts the needs of his customers first. Given John's integrity and knowledge in his field, I highly recommend him and his company, and look forward to continuing to work with him.
