We received our framed art in loft frame/onyx black yesterday in the mail. It arrived within a week. Packaging was terrific. However, we were extremely dissapointed to find the corner of the frame to be poorly finished. When I brought this matter to the company and advised that this was missed as part of their quality control checks, the response from Nat was that "this would not have been seen as a flaw or error" as "when frames are received from our partners, the backs of these frames are generally untouched". I'm not sure what that even means and it's irrelevant.
I was offered a 10% credit but I don't think its expecting a lot for a properly finished frame - front, sides AND back.
I have requested the frame be replaced. I have not heard back. If anything changes on how they choose to handle this, I will update my review.
