Finally! An honest company with highly knowledgeable and informative staff.
Had a furnace service and found multiply errors in our system from an amateur installer. Very fair price to correct problems and will definitely use again.

I had the worst experience with Maple Home Services. Ahmed came to my house on April 23 2018 at 2:00 PM for a furnace diagnostic. He said it was the "pressure switch" which would be over $600 to repair and pushed me to get a NEW furnace instead. Next day, another technician came in, said it was actually the "limit switch" and fixed it up for fractions of the price. My furnace has still been working beautifully and more years of life.

I paid $70 and had to take off work, only to get a mis-diagnostic, and listen to his sales pitch. A human error diagnostic is unacceptable for a "licensed professional"! Don't waste your MONEY and TIME.

We wanted to have furnace replaced , searched online found good reviews on maple home services, and contacted them , found them very professional and technicians are very friendly and they explained everything after installation .

Right in the middle of last year’s severe winter, our Furnace stopped working. We called up Ahmed. After getting to the root cause of the problem he promptly replaced our Furnace motor.
Today he repaired our AC also as there was excess water leaking out.
Highly recommendable service.

We have a high output but very rarely installed GSW Envirosense water heater that stopped working six days ago on the May long weekend. I had two service companies, that I had used before, come out and both were baffled by the problem (with very little diagnostic work done) and both ultimately told me I needed a new water heater. Given no one could tell me what the specific problem was I tried a third company - Maple Home Services and the service tech (sorry I didn't get his name) came and for the lowest cost of the three spent 3 hours doing a thorough diagnostic on the water heater. He concluded that it was an problem with the air intake, but the air was coming through the intake pipe properly. We then put a shop vac on blower mode and blew air through the water heater intake and suddenly a lot of water and two pieces of balled-up electrical tape came out of the water heater exhaust port. The tape must have been there since manufacture or installation. without the thorough diagnostic by Maple Home Services I would have been spending thousands of dollars on a new water heater like the first two service companies recommended. Instead I paid a $95 diagnostic fee and the problem was solved. Thanks!!

Excellent service by the team, they are professional and installed humidifier for my home. I called them to inquire if the job can be done ASAP and they arranged for right the next day
