Tech Pro Roofing

My balcony started to leak the week before Christmas … water pouring down the side of my house. Called several patio people, they all said you need a roofer. Most of the roofers weren't interested in a deck repair. I called Warde at TechPro and he sent two of the nicest guys on the planet out right away. They did a FANTASTIC job, gave me GREAT advice. Super people who were entirely focused on fixing my problem and making the deck water tight and low maintenance for years to come. So grateful I found them!

My wife and I were SO impressed with TechPro. From the preliminary planning through to the re-roofing itself and the follow-up later, they were excellent. I’m already recommending them to friends.

We had our roof changed in summer of 2014. We had the typical flat roof, after multiple quotes and through research, we choose TechPro Roofing. The highlights of their product for us were: New technology and factory welded pieces. The roof was installed with factory welded pieces to ensure better quality. They are easy to talk with, explained the process extremely thoroughly and answered all of our questions very well.

We enjoy our new roof very much, it is much cooler inside our house in the summer with the white color roof, it is a big plus!

What I liked about TechPro Roofing and Warde and why I selected this company after getting 2 other competitively priced estimates:

* Excellent communications: prompt replies, very informative. Willing to spend over an hour on the phone with my husband and me to review all of his proposed options and suggestions. He is very clear in conversation and we felt at the end that we knew what the best choice was for us. This was particularly important at a distance of 2500+ miles!

* Prompt, timely.

* Neighbours had used TechPro a couple of years before and also spoke well of the company.

* Good relationships with my lovely tenants and made things as easy for them as possible. I imagine it would have been the same had I been living there!

* I would do business with them again in a heartbeat -- but I don't have any other roofs to be done!

TechPro rescued a project gone bad. It turned out that the original company I hired was completely unqualified to do a commercial roof. I contacted David on recommendation from the roofing inspector. They assessed the job and fixed all of the deficiencies. They could have easily increased the scope and price of the remediation. They kept the price within the quote, finished the project on time and came back twice to check on issues that concerned me.

TechPro Roofing replaced my flat roof in the winter of 2013, and the new TPO roof gives me peace of mind. I selected TechPro because their service included chimney repair and I am happy with them because of; courteous in answering my questions and concerns, provided many pictures before and after, and the finished roof and trim looks good from below and the roof is still working well. Choosing TechPro Roofing:

When we set out to redo our flat roof we did a lot of research regarding type of materials as well as companies proficient in installing them. We knew that we wanted to go with some of the newer materials like TPO or PVC, but we were discouraged because most roofing companies in lower mainland had very little experience and no in-depth knowledge related to these products. Based on our research we knew that correct installation is essential to the longevity of the roof. We almost gave up and settled on traditional old fashioned torch-on roof. Fortunately, this is when we met Warde. We were very impressed with how much he knew about TPO and PVC products, and flat roofing in general. He gave us the confidence that the job will be done right.

On the install day his crew was prompt and professional. The job was done very well, and work space left clean. We were very happy with the install. I would highly recommend Warde and his company.

Warde at Orca Roofing responded quickly and physically went up on the roof with me to inspect the old roof, gave me a quote, his quote is extremely reasonable, and very honest that doesn't want me to spend an extra penny. His crew is so organized, responsible, friendly, tidy, and cleaned up everything after the job. They did so many extra work for us which is not included on the quote, but they didn't charge me the extra. Highly recommend to all our family and friends.
