Lew was recommended by an office colleague to renovate my rental property. My rental property needed a complete paint job, electrical & plumbing repairs and repair of furniture & fixtures all to be done over a span of 24 hours which was all the time we had between renters. Lew and his team of 2 professional painters and handy man were able to complete all jobs on time and as per my expectations. The painters were very detailed and cautious of the floors and left my rental property in a clean condition. Lew and team were able to fix all plumbing , electrical, furniture & fixtures which in most cases other contractors would have just replaced the items rather than fixing as a result of which saved me a lot of money and at the same time guaranteed one year warranty on all repairs.
