Holley Home Inspections

Being a brand new home owner my partner and I did not know much in regards to home inspections and 30 days Tarion. However with Michael support and patience he was able to help us through the entire process. Michael answers everytime we call him with questions and explains things in a way where it's understandable. We could not ask for a better home inspector and would definitely recommend to all my friends and family.

Michael did a great job demonstrating very efficient review of my condo unit, identifying any issues that I would need to address and submitting the inspection report in a very timely manner. Both a friend and I have used Michael's home inspection services recently. We find him and Michael #2 to be very thorough, professional and personable. Their wealth of knowledge and willingness to share it is truly what makes them stand out. They take pictures of everything and literally get on their knees to inspect the home, you don't just get a quick walk-around. I both trust and appreciate their insights. Michael came to our home to complete inspection of the work done by a general contractor that left our home renovation/construction unfinished and left the work in a very poor conditions. He looked at every detail and explained to us what is wrong and how that should be done.
