First and foremost, the new gutters look great and are a needed upgrade. Mark and Harvey were attentive, respectful, courteous and prompt. They under promised and over delivered. I wish all service experiences were like this. I already asked them back in late fall for an inspection and cleanup.

I struggled to find someone to only replace our downspout. I'm glad we found ODS. I highly recommend Ontario Downspout Service for both the quality of their work and their customer service. They are a great company to do business with. A couple of years ago Mark and his crew replaced all the eaves troughs and downspouts on the house and porch and installed new soffit and fascia on the porch. Since then they have cleaned the gutters twice and recently replaced the end of a downspout that had got damaged. Mark and Harvey respond quickly to contacts and Mark has always stuck to the agreed upon timing. Mark always explains what they are doing and asks for input where appropriate regarding colour, design, scope, etc.

Responded very quickly and had a quote and job done within the same week. Staff were friendly and efficient, left the yard clean and did a great job!
