Go Lawn And Snow Removal

Very poor service refusing refund after coming in later than 24 hours consecutively. Today is the 9th of April they have come in only after I threatened them with a poor review,still the owner said they start their service only at 11am and will not refund.I plan to go to consumer court just so that they are accountable.
They are also unreachable with a message dated 3rd if March.
