emergency sewer back up fix / backwater valve install

Installed a backwater valve with access to the city pipe and a separate access to the house. Prevented a serious sewer back up to the basement quickly and efficiently ON boxing day.
Quick response, care to walls and floors with his equipment, cleaned up after digging, explained our options and did an overall great job. Fixed / advised on a couple of other minor non-related plumbing issues while he was here. thank you!!

They did a great job. I had called them to fixed a leak in the laundry room sink. Very fast and reliable service. I would definitely call them again. Very friendly people too.
