Great job was done 3 years ago by Mike. Since that time basement is the favorite part of my house for my family members and all my guests. I highly recommend this company for any kind of home renovation and repair. Good quality and reasonable price. I am very pleased.

Able Modi Homes Inc were very professional and very pleasant to deal with.
They worked with me, and accommodated my changes without any hassles. Mike did most of the work, and he was great!
I am so pleased that not only was the job done on time, but also Mike made sure that every detail was taken care of.
Their work was thorough at every stage of the basement renovation, from the insulation and dry wall to flooring. My family is delighted with the gorgeous end product of our beautiful basement.
What’s more, the cost was trully reasonable. We are very happy with their work.
