Terry and his son Greg were great!! They came promptly to assess my TV problem, took it and fixed it the next day, even came back to help me set it back up because I couldn't figure it out. They are so friendly and knowledgable. I would highly recommend them to anyone, very reasonably priced as well. The convenience of the in-home assessment makes a world of a difference, rather than bringing the TV to them. So pleased with their service.

Our 2.5 year old TV stopped working and we found Terry and Seeta by searching TV repairs in our area. After placing a call to Terry he came to our home the same day, diagnosed the problem and took our TV away for repair. As promised a week later our TV was repaired and returned. Terry is extremely pleasant, professional and skilled in his work. Never has a repair person brought a blanket to cover our floors to ensure they didn't make a mess! We will recommend Terry to our friends and family.

My 5 year old 50" LG would not turn on. Terry arrived promptly, diagnosed problem and took TV for repairs. My TV was returned the next day as good as new and the cost was very reasonable exactly as quoted.

I had aproblem with my 5 year old LG television. It has the best resolution I have ever seen so I wasn't about to let it go easily. I had considerable doubt about "TV repairmen" as my history with some wasn't that good. I called and Terry arrved the next day at the appointed time (E=eve got the courtesy call 15 minutes before he arrived) He had already informed me of the cost for a service which I thught was very low. He examined my TV and told me what was wrong and explained exactly how much it would cost to repair. He gave me a time estimate and took the TV. Terry had said tht it might take a week. Two days later, Terry telephoned to let me now the TV was ready and he could deliver it that day. Absolutely no surprises in cost and terrific service. Terry has renewed my faith and I recommend him to anyone.

We found Terry and Seeta on the internet by searching TV repairs in Brampton. They arrived at my home within an hour of my calling and diagnosed the problem very quickly. We had our TV back and running in 48 hours. The final price was exactly as quoted. They were professional and friendly and I'd definitely recommend them.

We found this company through Kijiji. Our TV had vertical lines and ghosting on the screen. Terry went to our house and diagnosed the TV. He told us what was wrong and quoted us a price. Our TV was restored to its former glory with no extra charges or hidden fees! Terry and Seeta are very honest people!

We found Ontario Electronics Service on Kijiji after our 50" Flat Screen TV quit working.
Terry and Seeta came promptly after we called them and diagnosed the problem after a thorough inspection of the TV. They took the TV with them and supplied us with a free loaner until our TV was returned. Free pick-up and delivery was also part of the service.
Terry and Seeta are very friendly and professional. They have a small business that has old time customer service where the customer comes first.

The service was exceptional! Terry came the same day I called. He was honest and upfront about the problem and the cost. He removed the tv, left a loaner, and returned two days later to return and set up our tv. Everything works beautifully and the cost quoted was what was charged. Terry & Seeta from Ontario Electronics Service are a great team that I had the pleasure of doing business with. They are professional, honest, friendly and easy to talk with. They did an in home service for my TV and it couldn't be repaired onsite so they took it back to their shop and left a loaner TV for me (at no extra charge) till they returned mine good as new (which was even sooner than expected). Their prices are more than reasonable ( and I did check out a few others). They would be my only choice to call if and when I need repairs done for any of my electronics.
