After having an issue with my Sony TV and having no luck at all contacting a Sony repair person, I found Terry and Seeta online and in my area. Right from the very first conversation, it was professionalism. Their service and and insights were great. I couldn't of wished for anything more. Upon the return of my TV, Terry brought his son along and he was also very professional on how he handled things. I would definitely recommend and use them for service again if ever needed.
