Chris was professional and responsive from the start.
He gave accurate quotes over email, and let me know where extra costs may incur. He asked all the right questions, and was available the day after I agreed to the work!
When he came, he was great with my dogs, showed me exactly what he was going to do, and did it in very short order.
He made sure to do the install in a way that would not affect the basement ceiling should we decide to finish it one day (he also does finished basements, but luckily mine was not).
