Evolve exteriors from Calgary doesn't even have a siding crew. Only a couple service guys that are awful. The works all subcontracted to the cheapest labourers they can find and they got to side the military base because of a family' members inlfyence that's unfair to these BC workers'

We recently had the siding replaced on our house. We are very happy with the finished product. The crew were professional and were considerate of the neighbours. The house looks great.

Martin and his team did a fantastic job down to every detail. We chose his company because we wanted skill carpenter's and apprentices (versus simply having siders).

In addition to a beautiful finish to our home, they repaired the our garage and re-sided it, identified and repaired many on the deficiencies of our home around our window frames and deck, did an amazing job with our front deck, and finished our front door with some beautiful brick work.

During the renovation, they kept a clean and organized worksite. The communication was great. I was always up to date on the what was happening the next day and of any changes in plan (of which there were very few).

We are very happy with the work. It is money well spent and we would recommend Siding Vancouver to anyone.

Our strata (duplex) hired Siding Vancouver to replace one side of our building that had water damage. Chris, Martin, and their teams were friendly and professional from first meeting to completion of the project. They handled everything from recommending the best siding, matching the colour, erecting scaffolding, and replacing the siding through the nasty December weather – all with skill and good humour. The work site was immaculate at the end of every day, which was much appreciated by us and our neighbours. One interior wall needed repairs, and that work was also completed to perfection. I highly recommend Siding Vancouver and thank them all for doing an excellent job.

They did an amazing job of adding decorative cedar panels to the house. They were prompt, arrived with everything they needed, proceeded in organized manner, work was done meticulously and all workers were courteous, friendly and professional. We had Siding Vancouver replace some rotted siding, install new patio doors, windows, soffit, and add some fascia metal wrap and flashing. It is our second time hiring Martin and his team. They delivered the project skillfully, on time, and on budget. To me, what’s important in a contractor is honesty, good communication, and skilled tradesmen. Our cedar siding in the back of the house was showing early signs of rotting so we decided to replace all the sidings with James Hardie board. We called Siding Vancouver for an onsite estimate and Kevin was able to prepare a proposal within a short amount of time. We had a lot of questions and concerns on the proposal but Kevin patiently addressed every item. We ultimately decided to go with Siding Vancouver because a neighbour down the street had recently hired them and was satisfied with their work. Since we could not decide on the colour of the James Hardie board, we used their design service, RenoWorks, to help us finalize the colour. Before the project started, Martin did a walk-through and went over the scope of the work. Our project took two weeks and it was completed on time and on budget. The crew were courteous and polite. We really appreciate their meticulous work and the attention to details. Every time we had a concern, they were able to address it promptly. They use Buildertrend to manage the project and an update is provided daily with pictures. Overall, we are very satisfied with their work. Although their pricing is higher than the other quotations we received, we made the right decision to hire Siding Vancouver. Their entire team was a pleasure to deal with from the beginning to the end. We highly recommend Siding Vancouver!

I can't say enough about these guys. And when I say that, I mean proprietor brothers Chris & Martin, with crew leader Russ and the boys. They are a family business with a solid crew. I was amazed when they showed up and built a stage and tent for their mobile shop. They are prepared for any weather or any situation. They work extremely efficiently, and Chris or Martin always make sure every detail is met. They pointed out any deficiencies I should be aware of as they peeled back layers of old siding and would explain very carefully what that meant. I like the inclusiveness they provided me with along the way. As my title suggests, these guys are meticulous with details. I can see how other companies could take many shortcuts, whether to save you money or themselves, but that is not what Siding Vancouver is about. They do it right, and they do it well. I have already recommended Siding Vancouver to others. The photos I have provided, offer a before and after of the back of the house. We are now getting ready for new paint.
