When we started our search for a siding company for our renovation project (replacing aluminum siding to vinyl and making repairs to a rotting deck), we were looking for a company that was reliable, trustworthy and would provide quality results without gouging you for all you have. After thorough research we knew Siding Vancouver was the company that would meet our needs and we were not proved wrong.
As soon as the project started, we were provided with online access to their website so we could track all aspects of the project, such as scheduling plans, invoicing, updates to project changes, documents relating to the project as well as daily work logs. You felt like you were always in the loop.
The project was supervised by both Martin and Chris who were very professional, listened to our requests, gave knowledgeable feedback throughout the entire project and were always available when we had questions. They demonstrated great communication skills and provided excellent customer service from start to end. The meticulous craftsmanship with attention to detail shown by both Martin and Chris, including their entire crew resulted in an amazing finished renovation that exceeded our expectations. Without a doubt their quality of work, precision workmanship and their expertise in their trade were outstanding. We are 100% satisfied and would highly recommend anyone to consider Siding Vancouver for their renovation work.
