Had multiple issues with a Range. John came and inspected the service and all looked good. When Range manufacturer gave us a hard time John sent Andrew back to re-inspect free of charge to provide proof the problem is not electrical but rather with the range itself and explained why it was not electrical. Honest and helpful! Would highly recommend.
