Owner of Ultimate Bath Systems Ottawa took our deposit and has since failed to answer phone calls. Communication with Ultimate Bath Systems HQ in London indicates that the Ottawa franchise no longer exists. Email address no longer valid and registered mail was returned, marked "Moved".

Pascal and his coworkers were polite, timely and punctual. The bathroom had many issues and each problem was dealt with in consultation with suggestions for cost efficient solutions. The clean up was good although I did have to deal with a lot of drywall dust after the job was done. in hindsight I would cover all furnishings in the area being worked on in future to save on clean up time. Would not hesitate to recommend or use for future work.

Pascale, was very punctual, pleasant and professional. They did a very through and excellent job.
Other companies quote came in at a higher price but not only that would only go over the exsisting wall without determining if there was mole etc. on the drywall behind the shower walls. Pascale removed the old tiles and drywall to make sure new walls where not placed over an moled etc.
