We are a mid sized Building Contractor based in Oakville, Ontario. Telles Contractors has been on our Team of trusted trades since 2014 and we are grateful to have them work on our projects. After 25 years in this business I have not come across a Framing Contractor as good as Telles Contractors. They begin adding value to our projects as soon as they receive our plans for pricing. They have a technical team that can review plans and modify for us with suggestions in CADD. Those modifications often result in significant cost savings to our projects. Telles Contractors operates at the highest level of safety, are extremely hard working and have a fleet of equipment that speeds up projects significantly compared to most other framing crews. Telles Contractors are among the best problem solvers I have worked with and are highly dedicated to meeting our deadlines and budgets. We have hired LH Telles for multiple large framing projects and are always extremely satisfied with the entire process. Several of these builds were extremely complicated with large structural steel components that would have had the most experienced crews scrambling. LH Telles tackles these projects with the knowledge, experience and proper equipment that puts us and our clients at ease. Luiz and his talented crew are a pleasure to work with. They are courteous, respectful and understand that their work is a starting point for all following trades. But most importantly, the crew is always working safely and neatly which is a top priority on our projects.

I hired Luiz and his crew to do a custom build for me and it was the best experience. Luiz handles everything in the most professional manor. He liaisons well with architects and engineers and is very proactive in pushing the pace of the project. I would highly recommend LH Telles for any framing project.

We had all our main floor walls removed and new steel beams and lvl's installed, not only did everything go well , it went fantastic, work was done in a fluid motion, professional, ontime, clean and above all zero defects, not only do I recommend Telles Contractors I'd say I guarantee you will be satisfied with their work!

Tellas Contractors are Outstanding in workmanship, equipment assets of heavy elements, owner of two cranes and two telehandlers, skills and crews. Schedule is by far the best in Canada. Safety is at top quality through all seasons, guards railings and access. Planning of total scope of work and daily scheduling. R/O and heights are in the 1/8" profile on the 12' height ceilings. Initial laying out on foundation is key to excellence As known start date and finish date is maintained.

Luiz and his guys did an excellent job: efficient, cost-effective, excellent workmanship, and all with a minimum of disruption to our household. They worked quickly but not at the cost of the quality of the work. I highly recommend Telles Contractors!
