Sande Wildlife Control

My husband called Wildlife Control on a Monday morning about a raccoon problem in our roof, and within 1 hour I rec'd a call from Sande. Soon after he was at my door and up on my roof on a bitter cold day checking out the situation. He was up there for a long time, took pictures, showed me the problem, helped me decide the best action and then back up on the roof. From that day on we have heard no raccoons. Sande came back within the 7 day period to check as he said. I thought he was professional and courteous as well as helpful. Raccoon problem solved. Would recommend to friends and neighbours.

I was hearing the scratching and running over my roof for last few weeks. Then I figured out that squirrels were living in the roof of my home. I called Sande to remove squirrels from my home roof. Sande came fully prepared and had all the knowledge and expertise to remove squirrels. He inspected and gave me competitive quotes. Sande inspected thoroughly and worked professionally and efficiently. Next day the squirrels were out of my roof and after few days still I don’t hear any noises from my roof. Great job Sande. Realised we had a raccoon problem. Called Sande who answered promptly. Despite the cold Sande came to my home at 7.30 am and after providing me with a detailed explanation carried out the necessary work in a very professional manner. After hearing/seeing raccoons under my front porch and trying unsuccessfully to evict them on my own, I called Sande via recommendation. He arrived at my house within a few hours, gave me a quote and proceeded to do the work. I especially liked the fact that Sande used a one-way door to ensure any remaining animals could leave without issue. He seemed genuinely concerned about the animals' welfare. For many nights we heard noise in the attic and we were sure we had a raccoon. I called Sande in the morning an he arrived with in an hour and confirmed it. Within a few hrs the Raccoon was gone. Sande Raccoon proofed my attic to ensure that they would not come back. Its been 4 weeks and all is quite in the attic. Sande thanks for your help!

I had raccoons ripping up my roof, and then squirrels getting in. The first time I called Sande, he did the work promptly and without any real problems. However, the racoons started ripping up my neighbour's house, and then the squirrels were coming into my side of the roof. Therefore, a repair was needed on my neighbour's roof. Long story short, Sande mistakenly only sent us the quote for one of the two houses, and we proceeded with the understanding that the work being proposed would cost us approximately $250 each. Once the work was completed, the misunderstanding was revealed, and we ended up owing something like $600 each! We were stunned, and clearly the whole thing was a misunderstanding. I requested that he give us the day to come to a constructive solution in this case, and he refused to do so! I was asking for one day to figure things out, and although I was a repeat customer with a proven track record of paying my bill, he simply would not even give us one day to work things out. He promptly ripped up all his work, was incredibly rude to my tenants, and drove off. The whole thing was handled extremely unprofessionally, given the fact that only 1 of the original 2 quotes had been sent to us!

Sande promptly attended our home within 24 hours of us contacting him. He was professional and fixed the roof so they could get out...but they can't get back in. Excellent work. Very appreciative.

Sande came to remove squirrels from our dormer on the same day we called him. He was a complete professional and did the work in less than an hour. He also inspected for potential problems areas we might run into. He was extremely efficient and courteous and I feel we paid fair value for the work. Highly recommended.
