Heard a raccoon in our attic a few weeks ago. Sent a text to Sande on a Sunday evening. He responded immediately and came Monday morning to install a oneway door in our attic. The raccoon hasn't returned. Sande made recommendations for how our roofer should repair the damage and provided photos. Totally satisfied with his service.
