Terrible Service and quality of move. In our move on May 31, 2013, four items were damaged - 2 dressers, a BBQ and our sectional. I contacted Thomas, the owner, on June 2, 2013, to advise of the damage. He said he would come by the following day (June 3) to take a look and work something out. He didn't show, with no call and no explanation. I contacted him that night and he said he would be by the following day, again, no show and no call. I contacted again him that night (June 4) and the next day (June 5), and he still has not replied. I also called on June 9, and sent a text on June 10, and have not had any response. I am very disappointed in the customer service. They also did not use drop clothes, wore shoes in both of our homes and did not protect our furniture during transport. I estimate it will cost us $750 to $1000 to repair the damage and/or replace the items. DO NOT use this company for your move.
