Choose this company was my biggest mistake ever...!!!
After communicated with few moving company I decided hired Two Brothers with a Big Truck company to help my move from small town to a city. Total 135km distant moved. I was though finally I have a professional company take off moving stress from my shoulders. But I was totally wrong about that. This is my nightmare began…
I emailed a moving list ahead the time to this company make sure when the movers arrived they can easily come up with nice organization plan to help my moving faster. But I was wrong again. This company sent three un-professional part time movers arrived at my house on Saturday morning without preparing – no tool, no business card, no organization plan.
They were loading stuff very slow. The work hours on them count was 17hours start from 8am to next day 1:15am. But the worst was only half of stuff in my moving list went into the truck. When I writing this review online, my half stuff under the moving list still in original location inside my house. Can you believe it? Within 17hours only done half the moved job for me. They took 3:15hours finally arrived at my new homes on Saturday night without any traffic when the distant only need to spent 2hours travelling time. Where is other extra hour gone to? The trouble has not end yet at this point. They unload the stuff without the care. Damage on the furniture during the unload. They parked the rental truck on top the lawn at the backyard. The neighbor knocked at my door to complaint on the first day I moved in the new home.
When I paid for the deposit $1700 before they start the truck they can’t even give me a receipt. When I asked the copy of the paper I had signed for. They said cannot give me one is because company policy. What kind the management was? Currently, this company management was completely ignored my complaint. My complaint had submitted to Customer Consumer Ontario in the middle of the process.
