Michael and the entire crew was a pleasure to work with. Quick response to my initial phone call. Came the following day to assess my roof and give a quote (competitive pricing). Michael answered all my questions. They’re busy and I waited four weeks. I was told of the wait upfront and it was worth it. I am very happy with my new roof. Mike was excellent to work with! He took the time to explain to us the extent of work he and his crew did and patiently answered my many questions. He was great at keeping in touch and his quote was competitive to others. I also have to give a shout out to his crew, as they were friendly, courteous and polite. I was happy to see how thorough they were with the clean up of our space as well as anything that fell into our neighbour's yard. We had to get a ton of old insulation out of the attic space as well as the roof done, and Mike had someone in to do that the same day. When we had a few concerns about the finishing of parts of the roof, Mike came as soon as he could, with crew in tow, and neatened up everything with total professionalism. We are very happy with the finished project and would highly recommend Quality First!

I am very happy with our new flat roof. I like that the owner Michael came to meet with us on site for the intial quote and gave us a very clear overview of the work. We looked at 3 other roofing companies and Quality First Roofing was the only company who went up onto our roof when producing the estimate (A basic requirement that 3 other companies failed to meet) On the day of the work they were respectful of our property, worked quickly and dilligently. They were communicative and took lots of photos to show us each stage of the work. I was really impressed with their professonialism and the quality of their work and I would absolutely recommend using them. Great things to say about this company. The team was very professional and the work was thorough and of the highest quality. The cost was also very competitive compared to other quotes. We had brand new eavestroughs and they took extra precautions not to damage them. At the end, they thoroughly cleaned up not only our property, but also any debris that may have fallen in our adjacent neighbours' properties. Also very important is how very responsive Michael was in answering phone calls and returning messages quickly, despite how busy they were, and providing and honouring an install date (the lead time was more than reasonable, especially given how busy this year is for all). He was very thorough and patient answering my (many) questions and helping us make an informed decision when it came to choosing materials, colours, etc. Would definitely use them again!

Michael's team was professional, friendly and did a great job. They were careful how they removed the old shingles, so it minimized the cleanup they needed to do at the end. Without asking, they fixed an existing problem. I went up onto the roof for an inspection at the end. The new roof looks great. My neighbour needs his roof done, and I happily gave him Michael's info.

Right from the get go Michael was professional and provided an honest assessment of my roofing needs.
We decided to replace the shingles, plywood and to add new ventilation.

A few shingles had blown off our roof during the windstorm but Michael put a tarp on the roof to ensure that we wouldn’t have any water damage.
Although it took over a month until Michael could fit us into his busy schedule it was well worth the wait.

What was important to me was for the job to get done “right”. And I couldn’t have found a better company.
On the day of the job, there was a crew of 7 people that worked hard and did not cut any corners.

Quality First Roofing provided the best value for money estimate and I’m extremely happy with the final product.

After the crazy wind storm we lost approx. 1/2 our shingles on our semi. Mike and his team provided a reasonable quote, had stock or our shingles and replaced them right away. Very responsive, great work and cleaned up afterwards as well. Will definitely be in touch if we ever need more roof work.
