Quality First Roofing

We are very, very happy with our new roof. Our building has no driveway, our backyard is blocked in by buildings and we are right downtown in a new condo building zone, on a main street and there is an old air conditioner on the roof! Mike and his crew were able to replace the roof and do all other necessary repairs, paying special attention to the air conditioner. The crew were very hard workers and left no mess behind.
Very happy with the cost, workmanship and very quick service! And how nice our building looks now and no more leaks!

Picking Quality First Roofing randomly among huge list of contractors on the web is a “luck”. His crew have proper work ethic, workmanship and cleaning up the site. Strongly recommend. A piece of advice: if roofing contractors (generally, not only Quality First Roofing) can standardize the quote in detail square footage per different systems, lifetime, etc. then would help the prospective clients in selecting the contractor and ease of benchmarking.

Our roof started leaking during a heavy rainstorm, we then called around for quotes to repair the leak. Turned out we needed to replace the entire roof. Michael was able to squeeze us in the next week as well as offer a very reasonable price. Very happy with the work. The crew was courteous, clean and efficient. Highly recommend if you need any roof related work done.

Quality roofing is just that. Quality. I had a patch job needed done on my roof.

Michael responses to my call that day and had it repaired that day. The work is fantastic and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. He matched the shingles and no one can tell that there was a patch.

What went over and beyond was Micheal being concerned about getting the job done before the rain the next day. It’s nice dealing with professionals.

Very pleased with the job done by Quality First Roofing. Michael was great to work with. He is very knowledgeable and communicated with us well from start to finish. The crew completed both sides of the semi- (ours and our neighbours) in one day and took good care to remove the old shingles and prepare the plywood sheathing for the new waterproof membrane, drip-edge, ice barrier, and new shingles. They even include a few sheets of new plywood if required without extra charge. The crew was tidy, professional, and did quality work. Flashing and finishing all done well with good attention to detail. Overall, we are very satisfied to get the roof done well at a fair price. Great job.
