Roof replacement i.e. replace plywood sheathing, new waterproof membrane and shingles
I found out we had a leaking roof after we purchased the townhouse and they were the first company to respond to the urgency. I met Michael that day and he was able to temporarily tarp it from getting worse and he explained in detail what they would do to roof and he was able to answer my questions. Once my girlfriend and I thought it over we contacted Quality First Roofing to come and replace the roof, they even took pictures of their progress so I knew they did the work and took the necessary precautions with the installation to ensure it did not impact my neighbours roof by overlapping the membrane and shingles which is the right way to do it. I am happy with the work and the 10 year warranty they have provided. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a roof replacement or repair

I remember having to climb that tall roof in the rain to get a tarp on it so that you don't get any water inside. I don't usually risk my life like that but I felt bad that you unexpectedly just found out about the shape of the roof as it was a newly purchased home. I had to do it as I didn't want you to have any water damage while you waited for our schedule to free up so that we could replace the entire roof. The weather was giving us a hard time during the full replacement as well. It kept on snow on us and the guys were having a difficult time but they pushed on to make sure you didn't have to spend the entire winter worrying about your roof. Boy am I glad we did manage to complete it last year as this terrible winter would have done a real number on that worn out roof.
