I came across Smartboxes while searching online to find moving boxes. I was immediately drawn to the service for the sake of convenience, but also appreciate the ecological benefits they provide. They delivered the boxes on time and picked up 3 days later. The boxes were light and fit together, which was convenient, but the garment boxes I ordered did not function at all and I was relieved that I ended up not using them. The prices were a little steep, but the customer service was great, so overall I had a positive experience.
