We had Mike and his team remove a load-bearing wall on our main floor to maximize the use of this space and to create the open-concept plan we had been wanting since we bought the house. With his expertise and help from his contacts (engineer, etc), he was able to complete this project as planned and within discussed time frame. We are completely satisfied with all aspects of this renovation: they were hard-working, punctual and very pleasant to be around. At the end of every workday, our main floor was tidied up and left in a safe state, which was important having three kids running around. From demolition, to drywall and laying our hardwood down, they proved to be quite the team! We love our bew space and have received so many positive comments! It’s like having a new house! We will definitely contact Mike for future projects. He is a very respectful and honest contractor in whom we have built trust!
