I called them and received same day service for my central a/c. Their repairman was a nice guy and he was really fast too. The price was good but the service was better. I really hate when sassy know it all repairmen roam your house, talk down to you and try to rip you off in the end. This guy was straight forward and really helpful. I even offered him a Tim Horton's coffee at the end. I recommend these guys to anyone who has a broken central a/c and what ever else the do. Thumbs ups gentlemen!

Our fence was in a dangerous state of falling in after a winter storm. We knew that we needed one and began calling around. We also wanted to add a back driveway gate to provide privacy for when we were outside. Howik Home Services came out and took apart the old fence and installed our new fence within three days. They also planted Skyrocket Junipers that we had bought for when the fence was finished. The fence is strong and at a perfect height for the property to the side of us that is on a higher grade. They also installed above a retaining wall to avoid the water and melt damage that deteriorated our original fence in the first place. The fence boards were installed using outdoor coated screws so that we could replace damaged boards easily if need be vs. trying to remove nails. In a year they offer to come and re-seal your fence for longer protection against the elements. The arrived on time and finished within the promised time frame.
