Sectional

I bought a sectional from the store, waited for two weeks for it and in the day of delivery after the window of delivery time had already began they called and said it was not the right one. They ordered the correct one and after twenty more days of waiting delivered. They brought it in the house broke the wall in three places and smashed the side of the drywall with huge holes bigger than my fist. My mother was there to recieve the couch and asked them to leave because they had broken the wall and the couch moving it in. I called the store and was assured they would fix the damage. I waited five days for a call and called on several occasions and left messages with no responce. I finally gor fed up and went in I had to argue to get my money back and they would not fix my wall or pay for the damages they had caused and told me I was lucky I was even getting a refund. Never ever ever shop here! Worst experience of my life!

Sofa Set

The worst customer service ever. After 3 months of my purchase the sofa was torn and despite the warranty they refused to fix it. They are so irresponsible and impolite. Never ever buy anymore!

4pm Saturday and not seeing my delivery called the store only to hear that my delivery was not coming as promised so here I had wasted my entire Saturday off and to add insult to injury I had already thrown my old mattresses to the curb...yes the joke was on me. After the sales man at the store told me that my delivery was scheduled to come on Nov 29th I demanded to speak to a manager he assured me he would have a manger/owner call me on Monday of course and not surprisingly that never happened. I made multiple attempts to call the store and the head office on Monday no answer and no ability to leave a voice message which I must say is quite fitting for a company that has no regard for their customers and how the lack of service impacts the people who have spent hard earned money with them. On Tuesday I once again having still heard from no one made several calls to the store finally someone picks up, I am advised at that time by this individual that he was just speaking to the owner about my situation....what a laugh...he continues to tell me that my items would be delivered tomorrow. I asked him at this point what time is delivery he told me it will be 5-9pm I stressed to him that the driver must call ample time prior to arriving at my home as I do not generally leave work until 6pm and I do not want to receive a call at 5pm saying he is sitting in my driveway, I was assured that would not happen. Since I have absolutely no confidence at this point with any assurances from this company on Wednesday I decided to leave work early so that I would be home by 5:30 sat at home and waited at about 8pm made multiple calls to the store and no answer....now not once but twice I was promised a delivery that never happened and as I lay on the floor in my bedroom where I am sleeping for the 5th night in a row you cannot even measure on a rector scale how furious I am. I then decide to send my concerns to the email listed on the invoice and all the while I am typing I am thinking to myself even this is just may be a waste of time....low and behold I click send and there it comes mail delivery failure....why was I even surprised!!!!

bedroom set

I ordered a bedset & its more than a month there is no news this is the worst company to deal with. even from the head office nobody pick the phone its really very frustrating

This place is a complete joke. They have given me fake names and addresses,gave me a "head office" number where the person at that number confessed she was at her home and there was no head office. The first scheduled delivery date no one showed or called, these people dont have an answering machine and you have to call a million times all day to get through. The delivery was re scheduled for the following week, the day of delivery 2 hours beforehand they left a voicemail that they wouldnt be coming. One person told me the owner was away for a week, the next person told me he was here and would call me tomorrow, i have been multiple stories so many times in the last 2 hours its unreal. I have no idea when i am getting this delivery nor can they tell me if i can be refunded. i am furious and will make sure everyone i know knows never to go here, also will contact the better business bureau. STAY AWAY!!!!

Furniture delivery

I ordered from this company in June 2013. I only received half my order and it was 2 weeks after the original delivery date which was in late July. They tried to deliver it after midnight one night and of course I refused.
I then had to wait 2 more weeks for the 2nd half of my order to come in. I went in to the store on a Thursday to find out what was going on and was told that it was in the warehouse and would be delivered on the Monday. The delivery date came and we got a phone call that the couch was stuck in customes. I was confused because I was told it was in their warehouse. I was offered a refund and took it. I am still waiting for my Las Vegas voucher that was suppose to be delivered with my order and I am losing hope that I will get it since the Whitby store is closed during the week and all the phone numbers I have for head office are not answered. I only get a voicemail telling me that the mailbox is full.

I have never had such horrible customer service from a company and I will never recommend them.

sofa

I also called to find out when my delivery date was and I couldn't get through and couldn't leave a message. I did receive a message saying the store in Whitby was no longer operating and she gave me the Scarborough number. I called and couldn't get through that number as well. Have they gone out of business?
I put a deposit of $200 and now I'm not sure I'm getting my sofa or not..
Terrible customer service. There is no customer service.

I had purchase a 3 piece living room set over a month ago and haven't heard a word from shipping. I have tried both numbers supplied to me on the receipt and cannot even leave a message. Getting worried at this point.

living room set

after 2 months and every story they could think of still no furniture.Worst part is they refuse to refund my money unless they get a 30 percent cancelling charge. Do your self a favour and never ever shop at this store.
