Great service and dealings with this company. I was able to get the bin delivered the same day as ordered, the driver dropped it off perfectly on the bottom of my drive way ( I had a 15 foot bin on a 14 foot driveway with overhang on to the street ). Pick-up was easy I called when I was ready, and left a message, but had to follow up the next day with another phone call, the billing for the rented bin time was back dated to the date I left a message and did not incur any time charges ( bin fee includes a week rental and a daily $10 fee after that )
