We are beyond satisfied with the work done by Chris & his team! The work started on the promised date and was completed in 1 day. Chris visited our home both on the day of installation and the following day to ensure everything was OK.

Our immediate neighbors on either side had their roofs done by other firms and both made comments about both the quality of workmanship and speed of the job at our home.

If / when we need another roofing job, we'll select Chris's company in a heartbeat!

10 years ago I hired another contractor to replace my roof. The other contractor caused a lot of damage to my house and property, failed to install the correct materials, failed to nail the shingles according to the manufacturer’s instructions and failed to apply for the manufacturer’s extended warranty. The materials and the installation failed and caused me many sleepless nights. I had to replace my 40 year rated shingle after only 10 short years.
I discussed my situation with Chris. I admit I have a difficult roof. Chris and his team, protected my home and property from damage, installed the correct materials, nailed the shingles according to the manufacturer’s instructions and obtained the manufacturers extended warranty. Congratulations to Chris and his team on a difficult job well done!! It truly was team work. Thank you for doing what you said you were going to do.

Chris and his crew were tasked with capping & sealing a disused furnace chimney and installing a new roof vent for a new kitchen island ventilation hood. Poor weather prevented the crew from undertaking this job as scheduled but they came out 2 days later (a Saturday morning). The 2 guys were punctual, courteous, understanding of our requirements, and did a great job very efficiently...since the new duct had been terminated in the attic, our contractor even commented as to how accurate the guys had been in aligning the roof vent allowing simple (for them) connection to complete the ducting system. When the time comes to replace our roof, Chris will be the first person we call.

Chris came by to look at a small issue we were having after some wind. He took care of it that same day for a fair price. I would definitely recommend this company.

We needed a new roof and Chris and his team were amazing. They provided excellent service from set up to clean up. They were all very polite and we couldn’t be happier with their service!

After a recent windstorm we lost some shingles and in some places were down to the bare wood. We called Chris and he responded promptly with a date and time to repair our roof. Chris and his crew were prompt, reasonably priced and professional. They are a very honest company also. Before Replacing our roof we had a leak 3 years prior. Chris looked at it and repaired it and said we wouldn’t need a whole new one for a few years. We were surprised at the honesty. At Chris’s recommendation we got 2 extra vents. The new roof and vents have made the house warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. I would recommend Marriott Roofing to all. Thank you Chris.
