Ancoe Property Inspections

I cant say enough good things about Tony and his services. I was very impressed by his thoroughness and his willingness to explain everything that I had questions on. He also provides great detail on everything that he has inspected and gave an exemplary report with everything that I would need to look for and take care of in my possible new house. I have no hesitation to recommend Tony to anyone and if I move again in the future, I will certainly hire him to do my inspection. Kudos to you Tony.

I was lucky a friend referred Ancoe Property Inspections to me. Antonio has inspected 3 properties for me. He does a excellent job. After the first 2 inspections I decided not to purchase the homes due to the deficiencies Antonio found with the properties. Examples such as a previous fire, asbestos, mould.
There are always deficiencies with a property and I would like to know what they are and make a decision to go forward with the deal or not. With the 3rd inspection, I decided that I will move forward with the deal. I appreciate Antonio's hard work and his thoroughness. I have been purchasing property since 1992 and have not found a better house inspector.
Antonio is also very pleasant and patient throughout the inspection. He takes the time to explain all his findings throughout the inspection.
I highly recommend Antonio and I look forward to working with him again in the future.

Antonio is an amazing home inspector. It's my first property here that he inspected and I don't think I am gonna sweat for my other to look for an inspector. He knows what he is doing and goes an extra mile to get things noticed to you. A very organized person, very calm and composed and ensures you remember everything that needs attention in the house by the time the visit is over. To add to it, the report provided is in very good detail and serves a good reminder to things when you actually move in. Very satisfied.
