As first time home buyer, we were really nervous and amateurs - Tony inspected the property really well and intact made us understand how things were working around and in the house. He did a great job and we would definitely recommend this to our friends as well.

Tony was recommended to us. He did both selling and buying home inspections for us and we were delighted with the detail of both surveys which helped us to have in depth information and peace of mind when both selling and buying properties.
Being new to the Canadian property market, coming from the UK, he explained house defects, gave priority time for repairing them, general costings and what was required to fix the problem.
