Tony is very friendly and showed up at the inspection site before I got there and he had already started setting up. He graciously agreed to bend his schedules to be there at 8:00 a.m. in the morning as I called him one day before. Thanks Tony for making an impact!
Tony was very thorough and answered all my questions which was very helpful to me especially having never gone through an inspection process before . He encouraged me to stay with him throughout the inspection process so that he could explain what he was checking, why and whether it's a concern.
The report came in within 24 hours and well set up to explain the implications, recommendations and estimate of costs where relevant which I found very helpful. Great work Tony and many thanks again!!!
