From start to finish Shield did a great job replacing my roof. Nathan was very detailed in providing the roof estimate and did a very thorough inspection. He explained about the different options available and I was able to upgrade to Class 4 hail resistant shingles at no extra cost through their promotion. It will be such a relief to not have to worry every time there is a storm! Their crew did an excellent job replacing my roof and gutters and they left the yard super clean. I was impressed with the whole process from start to finish. Would not hesitate to recommend Shield to my friends & family!

Reached out to this company for a Hardie Board quote after a hail storm in our area, the sales man was very polite and knowledgeable about what he was selling. He took the time to go thru and discuss all aspects of our job . He was always available when I called and quick to get answers for my questions and address any needs that we had. He was very quick to find a solution for an issue that we had where our garden and flower beds sit against the Hardie Board.
The siding crew men were incredibly dynamic group of men that worked very well together, they were very polite and respectful about everything that did they, I even had comments from neighbors about what a great group of guys we had working on my home. I was told by a lady next door that she had told them that there was a bit of tarpaper in her yard and she said the gentleman went over and checked to make sure her space had nothing from our jobsite in her yard. They ensured that when they were done my yard and gardens looked as good as they did prior to them arriving.
I am very ecstatic about how wonderful my home looks, I have always wanted my home to look and feel like an estate home and now it does. Incredible Incredible Job, I would recommend this company to everyone

WOW! Exterior Shield Roofing Specialist are 2nd to None from Start to Finish! Beginning with their presentation and process, to installation and clean up is absolutely Superb! We totally have piece of mind with their warranty and actually watched them deliver on the product and performance. It’s so great to actually work with a company that does what they say they will do and provide satisfaction 100% throughout.
We had a metal roof installed guaranteed for life and transferable to the next homeowner. The Presentation by (Steve) going through all the specifications of the company, product, process, warranty (2nd to none), coverage area estimate, discounts, and cost was top notch; it left no question unanswered. Though scheduling had a lead time of approximately 8 weeks out, we were kept informed and if we had any concerns (Tonya – Administrative or Steve – Sales) were very responsive to all our concerns. About 2 weeks out from the install they came and measured again to make absolutely sure that all their measurements were correct and everything was a go without delay. We were notified and received the delivery of the product the day before installation. The next morning the team showed led by (Jeremy) and it was all hands-on deck and you could tell each of them knew exactly what they needed to do to perfection. Once completed, they gathered all their belongings and trash that had been laid on tarps and loaded up. They then rolled a large magnet over drive way, front, sides, and back yard to insure there were absolutely no debris left behind. Great Job Jeremy! Our home is approximately 2700 sq. ft two story with double garage and a 200 sq. ft. shed. They were done in 7 hours. Amazing!
