They are very professional and detailed. Project was completed on time, and was even able to accomodate additional work in our laundry room. I really liked how they work with us to finalize details, like trims, door frames, mirrors etc. They made recommendations and did addional work if it was appropriate for the area concerned.

Superior Bath was excellent. My family couldn't be happier with the result. Work was completed on time and the quality is amazing. Total transformation of our bathroom. Modern and fresh. We will definitely be using them again on future bathroom projects.

In 2009 Superior renovated all three of our bathrooms (main, powder room and ensuite). The work included all new cabinets, toilets, tubs and fixtures, and new flooring and tiling in the main and ensuite bathrooms. Their service was excellent, and the workmanship was also very good. My only complaint is the relatively poor quality of the countertops, sinks and faucets, all of which I'm faced with replacing now, only 8 years later. The sinks and countertops were of the cast or moulded one-piece type, and some of the sinks now have cracks and stains which we can't remove. The faucets have bound up and are very difficult to turn, and at least one is virtually inaccessible from underneath to repair. A plumber told me that these were poor quality Chinese fixtures, most likely supplied because of the low cost. As well, the cabinets are laminated, and some of the laminate is peeling off. We will be replacing the countertops with granite ones with under mount sinks, and will be replacing the faucets with quality brand name ones. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Superior Bath Reno because of their service, but if you want quality work that will last, I would strongly recommend insisting on solid wood cabinetry, quality brand name faucets, and stay away from those synthetic one-piece sink/countertops.

The work included fully removing all existing fixtures and finishes. Installing new ceramic wall and floors. New walk in shower, vanity, sink and toilet. Installing behind the wall support for grab bars to be installed in the future.

Our experience with Vince and Joe was excellent! Our Reno went as planned and on time. The workmanship was excellent. We thank Sam for all of his hard work and eye for detail that he put into the job and we will be defiantly recommending them to other in the future.

Superior Bath Reno did a fabulous job with our full washroom demo and renovation. The old washroom was completely gutted and a new washroom was built including glass shower, energy saving toilet, heated floor and silent fan - all the works! The benefit dealing with Joe was a one stop shopping visit at their showroom where Joe recommended tiles and colouring based on my daughters recommendation of a white bathroom! Picking out the tile, fixtures, vanity was a breeze. Joe even offered his personal time to ensure we were completely happy with our choices. Sam's impeccable and meticulous workmanship truly surpassed the high level of service we received - on time and above our expectations! Vince was a wonder as well, put a few of my questions at ease and assured us it was perfect and yes it is! Our home was respected throughout the entire project. My daughter had her first shower tonight in "her bathroom" and was grinning coming out of there. Cheers to Superior Bath Reno for another fin job and winning customer support. We will use them again as we will be doing another makeover with our ensuite.

Amaaazing! I have an 1873 home with a very old bathroom that need a total gut job.I did some research and chose Superior Bath as they come and do the complete job.im so glad I went with them,what a great experience! I chose all the products to be used with Joe at the showroom which was fun to do and had Ozzie come to my home always so cheerful even though he had a most difficult task at hand! I had The Great reveal and was sooo very happy I cried.The bathroom is gorgeous and the quality of workmanship SUPERIOR!I still stand and just look at my bathroom in awe!
