We had contemplated replacing the large prominent carpeted stairs in our home with a hardwood staircase for a number of years. The staircase is visible immediately upon entering the front door and so we wanted it to be a real showpiece. Having read the very positive reviews regarding A Plus Flooring, we signed a contract with Sergio, the owner, and could not be happier with our decision. Sergio is a true craftsman. All aspects of his work were precise, and done with great skill, care and attention to detail. Sergio was a pleasure to have in our home. His honesty and professionalism was immediately apparent. Our new staircase is now the showpiece of our home. For those looking for a highly skilled contractor who can deliver on his promise of quality work I would not hesitate to recommend Sergio and A Plus Flooring.

Thank you Sergio for installing approx.. 1,700 sq. ft. of hardwood flooring, new stairs and railing in our house, and greatly appreciate the high quality of workmanship. We had to wait for sometime from initial signing of the contract to commence the work but it was definitely worth the wait for the wonderful job you did. Throughout the project he was educating us how to protect and take care of the wood. At the end of each day, he made sure the place was well cleaned before he left. His level of expertise, attention to details and professionalism is definitely 10 out of 10, and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

This is a little late but better late then never! We have had A Plus flooring twice. The first time we had most of our floors done on two levels of our house and also our stair case and railing. We had two bedrooms that were not done since we ran out of space to put our furniture. This was a few years ago and included a combination of refinishing existing hardwood floors as well as laying new hardwood floors in rooms where the hardwood was too thin and needed to be replaced. We had A Plus again in the Fall to refinish the hardwood floors in the two remaining bedrooms. We were extremely satisfied both times and would highly recommend A Plus Flooring. The workmanship is outstanding with attention to detail. The owner is extremely professional and very honest. We plan on getting our basement floors done next and would not think about going anywhere else but A Plus Flooring.

We just had our hardwood floors refinished, and are very pleased with the process from start to finish. Sergio was a pleasure to deal with. He was very professional, and even offered some suggestions to help us determine the proper colour, style, etc. The quality of the workmanship was excellent. We were very pleased and would have no problem recommending him for any installation or refinishing work.

Just moved to our retirement home in April. Railing around our staircase to lower level was poorly installed and definitely unsafe. Searched the web and A- plus flooring. Reviews were excellent. Sergio came at the end of a long work day for him and reviewed the problem and gave us an estimate promptly. He then returned at a later date to show us basic replacement materials plus upgrades if interested. Samples were provided. He was forthright in telling us he was very busy but said he would have the job done by October 1. He even guaranteed this in the written contract. My wife and I were impressed with his honesty and overall attitude. The job was just completed and we are impressed with the finished product. Sergio is a true artisan. His knowledge, work ethic and obsessive attention to detail are reflected in the final outcome. I have no hesitation in recommending this gentleman and his company if you want your project done right.

Sergio and his crew did truly excellent job replacing our old and falling-apart carpets with hardwood flooring. They replaced my carpeted stairs with real wood stairs and it looks great. We had A Plus Flooring come to our home to re-finish our maple hardwood floors. We previously had another contractor in who absolutely destroyed them. A Plus Flooring came and did our consultation. He was very professional, knowledgable, and friendly. He quoted us a price that we were happy with and did all the work in the time frame promised (plus went above and beyond with little other things we needed done). Overall, we are absolutely thrilled with our results and I would highly suggest using them for your flooring needs.

We changed our laminate floors to engineered hardwood with APlus. The work was done with precision, care and attention to detail. Sergio was candid with pricing and reliable to get a hold of while the work was underway. We only wish we had done it earlier!

Redid my old floors when other companies said it couldn't be done. A hard working wood worker that pays attention to details and gets the job done right. I have recommended Sergio to others but beware there is a 2-3 month wait as these guys are in demand.
