Excellent product. The dishwasher is easy to load and the dishes are dry and clean at the end of the cycle. The delivery people were prompt and pleasant. Installer Jim was also prompt, knowledgeable, polite and efficient. A pleasure to have in our home.

Jimmy did a fantastic job installing my dishwasher. Although my new floors posed some difficulty in removing the old dishwasher and installing the new, Jimmy made it happen! Would recommend.

Jimmy did an excellent job of installing my new dishwasher. He scheduled my installation quickly and had no issues with my time constraints. He arrived on time, removed my old appliance, gave me time to clean under the cabinets (!), and then installed the new appliance with great care and expertise. His electrical work was neat and he explained what he had done. He took the time to walk me through the use of my new appliance. He was polite and professional. He removed the old appliance and all packaging without being asked. I would highly recommend Jimmy for any installation jobs.

Jim was very professional and was extremely prompt in responding to my calls/text messages prior to scheduling an installation date. Upon arrival, he took the time to explain what he was doing and also patiently provided some tips on how to best use the dishwasher and take care of it. After 30 years in the business he clearly knows his way around appliance installation. He works efficiently and with great care for your home. If he encounters the unexpected, chances are he knows how to fix it or how to work around it, whether cabinetry, plumbing or electrical.

Communication is terrific. Almost wish we could afford to throw out all our appliances just for the pleasure of having him install the replacements! On top of everything else, it's hats off to a really nice guy.

Company we purchased dishwasher overbooked their installations. They use Jim's company for overflow and we lucked out. Jim did an excellent job. We were concerned that the floors would be scratched when removing the old dishwasher - not a mark. Jim works quietly and efficiently. I was looking for a same-day installer and really lucked out when I was given Jim's card from the dishwasher delivery driver. Jim was very knowledgeable and did his best to accommodate our immediate need, and at a reasonable price!
