Installation went very smoothly, technicians were well trained, qualified and explained everything that they were doing as they went along. The installation was a bit unusual but they took it in stride and performed there work flawlessly . They took the time to answer all my never ending questions and never seemed to be annoyed by the questions, being retired I watched over the complete install and they never seemed bothered, always polite and courteous. When ran into a bit of a problem with our outdated electrical panel they were not afraid to call there electrician for advice and eventually have him come to the house to assist in the installation. Left the site clean and tidy and A/C working like a charm. Very satisfied.
