We purchased a new Lennox furnace and A/C from Roy Inch and Sons based on past service. We were not disappointed, a very positive experience start to finish commencing with sales (Gary) through installation with technicians (Jeremy, Nathan, Pete, and Milton). Gary was personable and knowledgeable of their product line. He presented a number of options for our consideration after a through assessment of needs. We made a decision based on his advice. Installation of the system was competed professionally by the technicians well with in the time frames identified. Each took extra care while working in our home. They worked as a team, and although each had specific jobs during the installation it was evident their goal was our satisfaction on completion. They took pride in their work and were never reluctant to respond to questions and in providing advice regarding system operation. I would not hesitate to recommend Roy Inch and Sons based on this latest and past experience.

The store a/c went down during the hottest time of the year this past summer. The Roy Inch team came to our rescue and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that we, as their customer, was first and foremost considered. A true customer service-oriented company.

Audrey Winter, the company Representative, was very friendly and professional and helpful in determining what the best products were for our home in terms of a high efficiency furnace, purified air system, along with an air conditioner and duct cleaning.
We like how thorough she was as she asked us many questions and explained everything we needed to know.
She went the extra step to insure we would have the correct dryer vent fittings.
The technicians (Sean, Brandon & Nick) were on time, personable, respectful, professionally and very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the workings of your new equipment. They are hard workers!
Milton was very polite, conscientious and did an amazing job cleaning our ducts.

My husband and I have been using the Service Experts for over 13 years, in fact we used them to install the first furnace in our home 13 years ago. 13 years later it was time for an upgrade - The Service Experts installed our new furnace as well as the Air Conditioning for our home. The Service Experts always do great work and are consistent with the level of quality customer service we receive every time we have used them.

I have used this company on and off over the years. Most recently I used them for when our hot water tank gave out and was advised to rent or buy a new one. I ended up renting a new hot water tank through Roy Inch & Sons Service Experts supplier. When Roy Inch & Sons came to my home to install the new hot water tank they also installed a UV light over the furnace to help combat mould circulating in the air. I find this company to be very knowledgable and professional. They do great work and I have already recommended them to several people.

My wife and I have been using Roy Inch & Sons for many years. Most recently we had them install a new furnace in our home. The furnace we choose is from Lennox, which qualifies us for a rebate that we should be receiving in the mail soon. Our experience with Roy Inch & Sons has always been great, they are hardworking and very professional - we will continue to use them in the future.

When the Service Technician came to do the spring ac plus maintenance on our equipment, he found that the heat pump was not functioning properly. He felt it was the coil and booked a second opinion with a senior service technician. When Jason came he agreed and then we discussed whether to get the coil replaced or just get a new heat pump installed. An appointment was booked with Gary Holman, who came out at a time that was convenient for us (probably a little earlier than he was accustomed to starting) which we appreciated. He checked the equipment we already had and explained our options and what equipment was available and would work with the furnace we had. We decided to go with the new heat pump. Gary then ordered the parts and set up the installation date. Colin and Pete did the installation. They were courteous and efficient, explained what we asked and/or needed to know, and helped set up the programmable thermostat. Gary then made a follow-up visit a few days later. The heat pump works great and is a lot quieter than the old one. I really like the programmable thermostat as I was not able to do this with the previous one.
When we purchased the house 23 years ago we learned that the equipment had been installed by Roy Inch and Sons and so we stayed with the company. We have been very happy with the service they have provided. We had the Inch Plan for service and maintenance and now have the PLUS Agreement. If there is a problem we simply call the number given and a technician comes at the earliest time possible. We highly recommend this company.

Our 2 1/2 year old a/c stopped cooling our right house at the beginning of the summer. The "friend" who installed it was no longer in the business, but insisted the issue would be something simple. I went to Roy inch and despite the shop being closed, a sales rep who happened to be there took the time to answer a multitude of questions, and gave me some solid advise and recommendations.
We had a service tech come and inspect the unit. He was very professional and thorough and took time to explain what he was doing and the issues that he found. There was no simple problem.
We had a new a/c installed. Installers were polite, efficient, tidy ,and willing to explain, and answer any questions.
We would not hesitate to recommend this well established company, and would advise against using someone who is a friend of a friend.

The thermostat is like a computer. I would highly recommend this company. Richard and his assistant were the best. We are very happy.
