Jason visited the house twice. His assessment of the problem and issues was concise, candid and knowledgeable. I was impressed! He came back to look after the repair and took the time to explain what was involved and why each step was necessary. He was professional, helpful and thorough. The tub has dripped and then run for so long, I had forgotten what silence sounded like!! Thank you! The new faucet and tap have brought part of the house into the 21st century!

Jason B was very friendly and informative. He fixed our problem toilet and explained why we were experiencing consist clogging which ended up flooding three floors in our house.

When I called about replacing my hot water tank on Dec 21, someone was able to come out the next day to go over this with me. Then on Dec 23 it was installed. It was all very easy & customer friendly.

I would like to say how impressed I was that , given that it was New Year's Eve and I'm sure that these three technicians - Milton, Brandon Baldwin & Josh had family waiting for them at home, they were more concerned about my plans and when I needed to be elsewhere for the evening, and treated their work on my replacement water heater tank like it was any other regular work day, not concerned at all about their own plans, even when it got on to suppertime and I was urging them to leave it and we could deal with it today (Jan 1) or Sat (Jan 2 if need be. All went well with removal of the leaking tank and replacement installation, until they were in the clean-up and final testing stages and they discovered that the pilot light wouldn't light the burners in the tank, and they exhausted all possible ways to fix it. Then Robert arrived on scene, and he, too, tried to get the situation rectified last evening. These guys are awesome! Robert (one of the on-call technicians today and the one who arrived on scene at suppertime last night) has already called to say he's been in contact with the supplier and, once the needed parts are gathered, he will phone again to let me know he's on his way to get my new water heater tank up and running. Called for duct cleaning; serviceman who arrived, clearly explained the advantages of a regular maintenance contract. Signed on for additional services. Milton did an excellent job of cleaning the ductwork, a major task as it appeared that they had not previously been attended to. Milton was very conscientious in performing the work and he thoroughly explained several proposals and answered questions. As a result, I will be increasing my business with Roy Inch.
