Luke was our plumber.
He explained all the repairs he would do prior to starting work and provided an estimate of cost.
Outside tap -- began work on tap but found it was the "backflow" attachment and no real repairs was necessary -- cost was deleted from estimate.
Explained each of the jobs after he was finished.
He explained some future plumbing items that might need to be repaired in the next couple of years -- replace outside tap and pipe as well as replace taps (not able to change washers) on the laundry tub and have a shut off installed when replacing them.
We talked about the possibility of an air conditioning service contract in the near future as well as duct cleaning. He offered to sign us up for duct cleaning but we have other work to be done in the house -- want to wait until all our work is finished.

Luke was very friendly and seemed to really enjoy his work. He was very helpful in explaining items. I definitely would like to have Luke as my plumber when we call for future plumbing jobs.
