We are extremely pleased with Roy Inch & Sons. We started our process when we met with Audrey (sales consultant). Audrey reviewed our options with possibly replacing our Furnace, Air Conditioner & Water Heater, installing an HRV and completing a Duct Cleaning. We decided to get everything done (which we don’t regret one bit). On the day of our installation, we had three install technicians (Colin, Jeremy and Jordan) and also Chris (the plumber). All of them were GREAT…very professional, knowledgeable, completed the work quicker than we expected and fully engaged with us throughout the day with answering our questions. They all did an awesome job with our installation and the clean-up afterwards. We are amazed how quiet our units are compared to our old units and especially happy that we did decide to get our Ducts cleaned. We would recommend Roy Inch & Sons 110% !!! Thank you Roy Inch & Sons, you now have customers for life.

We were having a lot of moisture problems with our windows. A neighbor recommended an HRV unit from Roy Inch & Sons. We made an appointment with Steve Gilbert. He gave us a thorough presentation of how an HRV would resolve our problems. The service men (Colin & Jeremy) did an excellent installation and were very neat & respectful to our home. They showed us everything we needed to know. Steve returned several days later and checked out the job and answered all our questions. To date we are very satisfied with the product, the sales presentation, the installation & follow-up. Everyone was punctual re their scheduled appointments. We would recommend Roy Inch & Sons to others and will certainly call them for any other heat, AC & plumbing needs.

Air conditioner died on us. Stephen from Roy Inch & Sons came out to our house and spent an incredible amount of time looking at our current HVAC system, asking us important questions about our needs, determining the proper size for the new system, and proposing a number of great options. They were able to schedule the install the very next day, where Colin and Peter worked extremely hard putting in the new HVAC system. They then spent time with us walking through what they did and how the new system worked. We are very happy with the quality of the job and service they provided.

He ensured that the installation was performed to a very high standard......The installation crew was incredibly efficient and performed their tasks again at a very high standard.......I was thoroughly impressed with this company and would recommend them in a heart beat.......
