Under Pressure Plumbing came to my house to repair a blocked pipe that had caused back-up in the basement. They brought in heavy machinery, destroyed my container garden and walk way. They couldn't find the pipe. They had no clue what they were doing. I let them go. I took them to court. I was awarded a full settlement covering all damages plus interest and my costs. Their lawyer didn't even show up for the trial and he was fined too. Who do these people think they are? Altogether a very negative experience with Under Pressure Plumbing.

Needed to move drain and pipes for my kitchen Reno. The office staff was very professional and helpful. 2 quotes from competitors, UPP Services was 1/4 cheaper than other quotes received. The plumber was there on the scheduled date, quick and clean. No leaks. I will definitely call them back to install my fixtures. Recommended by a neighbour who used them for a similar Reno. Would definitely recommend them to a family or friend.

Contracted Under Pressure all the way in 2010 so don't exactly have the true approximate cost, however it was roughly 270. Firstly, while the company's website might not be that helpful or yet glamorous, please note that it is actually accredited by Better Business Bureau (BBB). Under Pressure was actually referred to me by a co-worker. These guys originally quoted me for $80/p but managed to budge it a bit in terms of additional time and parts. They were top notch and there were no delays in the appointments. Installation and fixing of the water line was relatively quick and it is currently working. Would definitely recommended these guys again, plus the cost is pretty cheap compared to their competitors. 4/5 stars due to the availability issues. Only were available during select days, which didn’t work out with family.
