Norm The Plumber ( Ajax )

Norm was a godsend. Not only did he repair my toilet in no time but he was very prompt, courteous & professional. First time I used Norm but definitely not the last.

I needed a shut-off valve for an outdoor tap. Of course, it's on the ceiling of the basement between a couple of joists. (So it has never been really easy to use anyway.) Norm suggested a more accessible arrangement and just like that it was all done. He was super easy to work with offering great advice and no pressure.

Where to start? Norm is an amazing plumber, from installing our toilets, fixing leaking pipes and recently addressing our watermain intake issues, Norm does an amazing job, gives insightful advice on all things plumbing and offers very competitive prices. Did I mention his timely response to making site visits?

I would recommend Norm The Plumber any day of the week and twice on Sundays.

Norm quickly and efficiently resolved 2 problems with plumbing issues I had in the kitchen sink. Norm stuck to his quote given over the phone, however, after the job completion, there were still issues. Norm had to snake through the drain pipe and spent about 25 extra minutes to do so.

Norm was on time and did a good clean job. I will recommend Norm to others who need a reliable plumbing service.
