I asked him to install dishwasher, he came and said the plug is Electrition job he only pushed the dishwasher inside and hooked up the drain and water. He left the dishwasher loose didn’t adjust the height and didn’t secure it. I have to call someone else and pay again to install the dishwasher.
When I told him he didn’t finish the dishwasher he started yelling at me in my home.

I hired him to do my plumbing for my salon.
I had to call him twice to due a flood. He wants the money up front but does such a messy job. I now have to hire someone else to do everything all over. His job is messy . I’ve never wrote anyone a bad review but he rips people and he doesn’t know how to talk to customers. He's lazy he forgot close the pipe and I had water flood all over my studio and his response was “my bad I forgot to close it” . What kind of a plumber does this. please do yourself a favour find someone with more experience and never hire anyone from kiji I guess there is a reason why advertise there.

I am running a small construction business and I got hired by Vince ( owner of the company) to do some work at one of his projects. After the job was completed (both Vince and the client were happy with the job) he kept delaying the payment date and barely answering the text messages. It’s been already 3 months and I still didn’t get payed. Vince just disappeared, no answers at all on the phone, texts messages, voice mail and email. I went to the office address posted on his official website and guess what? there is a barber shop. Doing some online research about him and his company I realized I am not the only one getting screwed up and that his name is linked to more company names. I see a lot of good reviews as well. Maybe they are really happy clients; maybe they are just his friends writing these reviews, who knows?. But me and definitely the lady (on CBC News) were screwed up by him. My advice: Don’t deal with Vince Forgione or any of his companies otherwise you risk to go through the court as I am doing now.

Vince was awesome. I called during weekend and he was super pleasant and provided seamless transaction -he coordinated with our tenant and tenant also provided feedback indicating he was great! A++. Highly Recommended!

My kitchen sink was snaked, 2 toilets were replaced and one toilet way repaired.

One of my toilets is a Kohler. The Fill valve was defective and I figured I will have it replaced but Vince insisted to have the whole toilet replaced because the part would cost more than a new toilet!
He was right!

I have gotten work done from Vince & his team at Drain Sense on several occasions. The first time Vince did work for us was at a commercial office of a family member of mine - where Another company had quoted us 8,000$ to remove all the concrete foundation and replace the entire piping network underneath. We found this excessive and decided to call for some additional opinions. Vince showed up and told us this was completely unnecessary, that the pipes were not shifted and only blocked. After verifying this with his camera he proceeded to solve the problem. Even though he encountered different complications on the way, Vince resolved all issues and did not invoice us any extra, sticking to his original quote despite our willingness to pay more.

Since then, Vince has performed several projects, big and small, for clients of mine in various locations. Plumbing and otherwise, I would never hesitate to contract Vince for any works required, or to refer him for any reason to my associates. Great Work Vince - Keep it up!

Lately I have been having issues with my main drain. I have called 2 different companies , both telling me I need to dig my front yard without attempting to resolve my issue. Tree roots is the root of my problem. They quoting me between $6000-10,000. Vince from Drain Sense came and battled for about an hour and a half cutting the tree roots using his large cutter. He bought be some time until I can put some money away. His quote do the job was a lot less then his competitors.
