Pipe Leak

Steven came on short notice on a Sunday morning for a leak that went unnoticed and had damaged the basement ceiling. With main already off, he methodically determined where the leak was, keeping in mind what would use up the shortest time and keep the charges down. After pinpointing the leak, he showed me the basics of working with PEX tubing while generously giving me tips on the proper maintenance of the property.

Good prompt service. Greg came in place of Steve who had given me an estimate the night before. Competitive rates. Friendly guys who know the plumbing business and have a personable approach. Gave me a three year warranty on parts and labour.

Cracked pipe

The guys at Everest came on a Sunday on short notice to fix a cracked pipe. They are awesome guys. Knowledgeable, prompt, available, and made a great fix and no mess. Highly recommended.

I contacted Everest due to a leak in our 2nd floor bathroom. The company was quick to respond and had a team over by 9 am the following morning. Steven identified the source of the leak efficiently and had the problem resolved within an hour. Steven and team demonstrated what true customer service is. They were highly knowledgeable, professional and efficient. I would definitely use their services again in the future.

Steve came to install garburator and fix leak and discovered DIY disaster from previous owners. He made everything right at a reasonable price. He said he does jobs like they were his own home and I believe him. Very efficient and honest.

Repair burst pipe, reroute pipes

In February a pipe in our basement froze, burst and flooded the ceiling. On very short notice Everest sent Steven who immediately identified the source of the problem and did an emergency repair. At the time he also recommended moving the pipes further from the outside wall to prevent future freezing. Last week he came by and took care of that - the company is very responsive, efficient and their people are pleasant to deal with.

Boy am I happy the water leak issue under my sink has been resolved. Stephen, the plumbing supervisor, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He is trustworthy and did fantastic work. Khem Bohora is one of the most professional plumbers I have ever dealt with. He is extremely knowledgeable and makes a number of recommendations for whats best for the client not wants easiest for them to do. Will use them again without thinking twice. His workers arrived on time and cleaned up very well.

Exemplary service from start to finish and highly recommended! The team at Everest demonstrated professional expertise and knowledge in responding to a major water system failure which had not been anticipated and which demanded a level of knowledge and skill essential to ensuring the the integrity of the plumbing system as well as the property. The skill and knowledge required for the timely restoration of service was demonstrated throughout the undertaking by the team which put us at ease form the start .
