Please be aware before choosing this builder and have everything in writing before you sign anything. Hold back money until after your one year inspection and rough grade is done cause I can tell you once they have all your money you mean nothing to them anymore. I can not say enough how disappointed I am with the unprofessionalism and down right disrespect i have felt by this whole process. We built our dream home and because of the process and treatment we have received from the builder this house feels nothing like a dream.
