Crazy Joe's Drapery & Blinds

Sweetest guy who knows his business and offers the right price and good selection. It was also great to deal with the same person after two years as I am a returned customer ... and I trust him. He is honest, does not push a sale and that is why I went back to him. Two years ago when we moved I got drapes for two bedrooms, now with baby coming in 2 months I got new drapes for the 3rd bedroom. It may not be a stylish and chi-chi place but for me it was worth driving from downtown Toronto:)

Crazy Joe makes drapery shopping very entertaining. He and his "boss", Beena have been in this business for as long as drapery was invented. They share their wealth of experience and expertise with great ease. As a team, they offer superb customer service in seeking out exaclty what is needed then providing the necessary recommendations. Pricing is excellent against the competition. Crazy Joe adds his own flavour with a great sense of humor and respect. I would recommend to anyone who needs help in selecting drapery hardware to visit Crazy Joe and of course, his real "boss", Beena!

Looked on-line and in the GTA for beautiful drapery to complete my dining/living rooms over shutters. On-line the cost, shipping and customs for what I wanted was way over my budget. Went to Crazy Joe's; saw this remarkable material, was given great advice about achieving the look I wanted and a price to compare. No pressure! I didn't realize Crazy Joe's price was great until I compared the ready made with the custom. The ready made would have cost the same and looked cheap and unprofessional. l visited another supplier on Cartwright Ave. in Toronto and for the same drapes I would have to pay $200 more plus gas and travel time! After doing all my research went to Crazy Joe's and ordered. My drapes were done in 1 week, had hooks, pleat stuffing and were perfect. I am so happy with my purchase and the service at Crazy Joe's.

Crazy Joe's had great selection, competitive prices and great service. We got everything we needed as we needed it, and quickly. Crazy Joe must be visited before buying anywhere else!

The curtains turned out fabulous! Joe was quick to respond and very reasonable. He was knowledgeable and made good recommendations. The install went very smoothly. It's a thumbs up!

I enquired about curtain rods for drawing curtains by phone. Upon arrival I was well met and greeted. I requested for the specific item and was provided with it promptly. I would say the service was good.

There are apparently several different Crazy Joe's locations, and each is operated with a relative degree of independence. This review is for Crazy Joe's in Mississauga, featuring the original Crazy Joe (His words, not mine!).

Crazy Joe's service was timely and easy, which allowed us a degree of sanity. We knew we wanted the full service, from measurement to installation, because we had been dragging our feet on this for several years and just wanted to finally get it done in one shot.

Joe and I spoke on the phone and discussed what my drapery needs were. He was open with me about prices and timelines, which I appreciated. He was also flexible about meeting times. He showed up at my house at the scheduled time with some samples, according to what he got out of our initial conversation. He took rough measurements, and sat down with us to discuss options, taking our lifestyle and family needs into consideration. He quoted us a price, which we accepted.

A couple of days later (as scheduled), his installer arrived to take precise measurements. He was quick, polite, and professional, and managed to figure out how to work with a particularly tricky window frame.

A few days after that, Joe called to say that my blinds were ready, and we scheduled a time for installation. The same installer came back, demonstrated the same degree of professionalism and politeness. He hung up my new blinds without fanfare and took the time to review his own work and make sure that it was done correctly. He cleaned up the boxes and helped me take them outside.

And now we have new blinds that are not broken, that we can open and close at will, and which make our house look spiffy and fresh. So far, the blinds appear to be good quality and easy to maintain, which is the number one item on my list. It was pretty easy not so crazy, which is what we were looking for.

I was delighted to find that the original Mississauga location had moved but NOT CLOSED. The new store is just a few km east but still in Mississauga. My purpose was to replace my current panel of sheers (made by my aunt) to closely match my existing ones. To my surprise the owner surpassed my expectations. He could match what I already have. My aunt will never know they were replaced. More importantly he was able to make it a rush order AND offered me an excellent deal.
The owner was so personal and courteous with me and with the other customers who arrived during my transaction. There appears to be a wide variety of stock. I will return as soon as I have other plans for other window treatment. The service was a very positive experience. I highly recommend this business for YOUR next window treatment project.

I was looking for drapes for a bedroom on a Sunday afternoon and received friendly service while being shown a variety of choices. Great prices too. I would definitely recommend Crazy Joe's.
